Develop confidence, build strength, and learn the essentials of resistance training with an expert instructor. This program is designed to help you progress safely and effectively, perfect for beginners to learn new skills. Course includes a tailored personal program and 15 min phone consult. Focus on proper technique and safe lifting- Small class sizes for personalised guidance (max 5 per class).
