Service Description

🔹 **What You'll Learn:** 1. **Week 1: Introduction to Lifting & Form Fundamentals, sets, reps and SOM** 2. **Week 2: Introducing Dumbbells & Basic Lifts** 3. **Week 3: Progression & Adding Compound Movements** 4. **Week 4: Introduction to the Barbell (if applicable to your progression)** 5. **Week 5: Building Confidence & Increasing Intensity** 6. **Week 6: Final Week & Final Program Review** 🕘 **Session Times + Cost:** Wednesdays at 9:15 am or Fridays at 9:15 am $180 for 6 week course (includes 1 x session a week, homework and personalised program). 🏋️ **Program Highlights:** - Perfect for all fitness levels but aimed at beginners- includes a tailored program and 15 min phone consult. - Focus on proper technique and safe lifting - Small class sizes for personalised guidance (max 5 per class) 🌟 **Why Join?** Develop confidence, build strength, and learn the essentials of resistance training with an expert instructor. This program is designed to help you progress safely and effectively, whether you're a beginner or have some experience but looking to refine your skills.
