Becoming Part of DTD is being part of a small fitness community, I am not a fancy gym but instead you will get personalised service from an experienced PT. Your exercise program will be tweaked and targeted to ensure you reach your goals, whatever stage of your fitness journey you are at with me helping you along the way.

Private Surroundings 

You will have the opportunity to train in a private home studio (9:15 am classes and 1:1 training) or in the serene surrounds of Ricketts Point at Beaumaris Life Saving Club  (6:15 am), this is overlooking a marine sanctuary in the most amazing beachside setting, indoors with a view of nature. Train in a private small group setting-  so you can focus on YOU !

As a customer whose motivation may wax and wane my job as your coach is to mentor you every step of the way. You deserve the highest level of support, and I work tirelessly to maintain connection, ensure engagement and ensure you feel seen, heard and supported - customer service is at heart of everything that I do.

Training by someone who values Education, not Fitness Fads 

I am  constantly working to improve my offerings and expand upon my knowledge, this passion saw me being nominated for Aus Active personal trainer of the year for Victoria in 2022. Since qualifying as a PT almost 10 years ago (this is my second career, my first was as a lawyer).  I have gone back to university and I continually update my knowledge and education and training so you get evidence based training, not the latest fitness fad. I work with physios and allied health professional to ensure I am on the same page as others and that you are in the safest of hands!

The program is priced depending on whether you train 2x ($45 per week) or 3+ session ($60) per week and it includes: 

  • 1:1 - 30 min goal setting check in session with me over zoom plus unlimited session clients get a personalised program.

  • Choice of up to 6 group sessions per week (see timetable). 

  • Kick of Nutrition Workshop Thurs 17 Ocotber 2024 + Virtual Meal Prep Session (including shopping list and recipes).

  •  Peri-Menopause / Menopause E-Book,  including mindset, training ideas and recipes. 

  • Fitness Baseline testing and tracking.
