LIFT 4 LIFE
DURATION: 45 minutes

Lift 4 Life Circuits offers 45 mins of a strength total body workout - this workout will teach you the basics of resistance training to preserve muscle mass and increase bone density it is designed for all fitness levels.
​
In just 45 minutes, you'll improve your cardio, muscular endurance, strength, agility, and coordination as well as you core strength, stability, and balance, helping you stand taller, move better, and feel stronger in your everyday life.
MENO-POWER
DURATION: 45 minutes
​
This class is a mix of bodyweight movements, kettlebell exercises, and dumbbell exercises, ensuring a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energised and accomplished. This workout will teach you the basics of resistance training to preserve muscle mass and increase bone density- it is designed for all fitness levels but is a strength and conditioning workout tailored to get the best out of women in peri-menopause and menopause, aimed at beginners/intermediate.
Get ready to reach new limits and and work every muscle in your body in just 45 minutes.
LIFT 4 LIFE - STUDIO EDITION
DURATION: 45 minutes

This small studio session, maximum of 6 participants utilises gym equipment/machines to help build strength, fitness and flexibility for perimopausal and menopausal women, each participant will have a their own strength and conditioning program and progress is self paced. We warm up and undertake core and stretching work together and/or a fun finisher together. .
​
This is perfect for individuals who are looking for a trainer who understands how peri-menopause and menopause effects their bodies, aging and who understands how to train women as they hit midlife.
* All participants require to book minimum 1 x 1:1 PT 60min sessions in advance for a gym orientation to be conducted and a personal program to prepared for this session.
SUNRISE HIIT
DURATION: 30- 45 minutes

A fast-paced, 30 min full- Metafit™ or MetPWR™ workout that can be tailored to all fitness levels, optimise cardio fitness, fat burning endurance and strength. We finish with a cool down and 10 mins of optional guided meditation work to start our day balanced and energised.
​
Metafit™ is a high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout combining bodyweight exercises and interval techniques for metabolism boost and fat burning. MetaPWR™ is a circuit-based workout using equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, bulgarian bags and battle ropes to enhance strength, power, and endurance.
RESTORATIVE RESISTANCE
DURATION: 45 minutes

This studio class, maximum of 6 participants utilises machines, dumbbells, and resistance bands to build strength and flexibility for all fitness levels.
Perfect for incorporating physio-prescribed exercises under the guidance of your certified personal trainer, this class helps you recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance overall strength.
Join us and experience a transformative workout that supports your body's unique needs.
WEIGHTS WITH BUBS
DURATION: 45 minutes

This small studio session, maximum of 4 participants utilises weights, gym equipment/machines to help those post-partum or dad-bods bodies get back into shape. Each participant will have a their own strength and conditioning program and progress is self paced. We warm up and undertake core and stretching and/or a fun finisher together.
​
Parents are welcome to bring little ones children to be supervised - toys,TV and craft table available at the home studio.
*All participants require to book 1 x 1:1 PT 60min sessions in advance for a gym orientation to be conducted and a personal program to prepared for this session.
