This program is designed to help you progress safely and effectively, perfect for beginners to learn new skills. Course includes a tailored personal program and 15 min phone consult. Focus on proper technique and safe lifting- Small class sizes for personalised guidance (max 5 per class).

Week 1: Introduction to Resistance Training & Form- learn your  fundamentals, including sets, reps and SOM. 
Week 2: Introducing Dumbbells & Basic Lifts.
Week 3: Progression & Adding Compound Movements.
Week 4: Introduction to the Barbell (if applicable to your progression).
Week 5: Building Confidence & Increasing Intensity.
Week 6: Final Week & Final Program Review.
