Join Chantal Cain for a basic 101 overview  to give you an understanding of Macros and help you hack meal prepping . In this Workshop we will cover :

Explore  tools to calculate your macros and insider tips for efficient meal prep. Gain hands-on experience and making some easy prep ahead nutrient dense  recipes. You will also get an email with access to an e-booklet full of nutritious recipes ideas after the event, inspiring you to eat well and live better - by making time to prioritise your nutrition.
