DTD SERVICES
My aim is to offer short 7 to 10 week fitness programs that incorporate group classes, education and motivation so individuals find their why and understand the importance of movement and strength training. These challenges take place during term time to fit in with family life and work most effectively if you comitt to at least 2-3 sessions a week.
My aim is to get Australians exercising more consistently and reaching the guidelines on resistance training exercises, which are recommended at least twice per week.
The Australian Exercise Guidelines on activity recommend:

• 150 minutes (2.5 hours) of moderate intensity physical activity weekly or
• 75 minutes (1.25 hours) of vigorous intensity physical activity weekly.

To obtain greater benefits and help weight loss, avoid unhealthy weight gain and to reduce the risk of cancer, the recommendation is for women in peri-menopause and menopause aim for:

• 300 minutes (5 hours) of moderate intensity physical activity weekly or
• 150 minutes (2.5 hours) of vigorous intensity physical activity.

I provide both small group and 1:1 face to face and zoom coaching sessions to help you reach your goals, enabling you the flexibility to train remotely or at a time that suits you. If you are feeling overwhelmed with how to fit exercise into your daily routine I offer a free 30 minute hack your health coaching session to meet me and to help you make some positive changes, no strings attached. 10-Week Challenge with a nutrition focus, looking at overall wellness. Group Classes, PT, Nutrition, Meditation Workshops etc.
